1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using Arabase ("the Plugin"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Plugin.
2. Description of Service
Arabase is a Figma plugin that transforms LTR (left-to-right) design components into RTL (right-to-left) Arabic layouts. The Plugin mirrors layouts, swaps fonts, and translates text content within your Figma files.
3. License and Usage
- Arabase offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, a paid license is required to continue using the Plugin.
- Licenses can be purchased through the Figma Community (subscription or one-time) or through our external store (Lemonsqueezy).
- Each license is granted to the individual Figma user and is non-transferable.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Plugin.
4. Payments and Refunds
- Figma Community purchases are processed by Figma via Stripe. Refund policies for these purchases are governed by Figma's terms.
- External purchases via Lemonsqueezy are subject to Lemonsqueezy's refund policy. We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if the Plugin does not function as described.
- Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Translation Accuracy
Text translation is provided by third-party services (Google Translate, MyMemory) and is offered "as-is". We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of automated translations. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all translated content before use in production designs.
6. Intellectual Property
The Plugin, including its code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Arabase. Your purchase grants a license to use the Plugin, not ownership of it. Your Figma designs and content remain entirely yours — we claim no rights over them.
7. Limitation of Liability
Arabase is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Plugin, including but not limited to data loss or design corruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Plugin in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Plugin if you violate these Terms, attempt to circumvent licensing restrictions, or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your license to use the Plugin is revoked.
